My name is Anthony Cammarano, Food and Beverage Director, and I will personally assist you in planning your next event from A to Z.

Chef Jamey Hunt
Williams Island, Executive Chef CEC, CEPC, CCE
With a passion to create the most memorable events, Jamey joins The Florida Riviera, as the "perfect fit," in heading Williams Island’s Culinary Team. He is triple-certified as Executive Chef, Pastry Chef and Culinary Educator by the American Culinary Federation. Jamey is associated with organizations such as the American Culinary Federation (formally past Chapter President), World Association of Cooks, American Institute of Wine and Food, and Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jamey’s excitement for cooking started at the tender age of 10, while watching Graham Kerr in the Galloping Gourmet. In 1978, his culinary dream became reality, when he took part in a European apprenticeship. For the last two years, Jamie was Executive Chef at Parkland Golf & Country Club overseeing two restaurants, a pastry shop and banquet facilities. Prior to Parkland, Jamey was busy for many years, traveling the world as Executive Chef for Club Med International, where he mastered his culinary skills in Global Cuisine.

Jamey’s enthusiasm and energy are contagious in the kitchen! He has a distinctive flair for creating dishes, that will not only excite the palate, but, also delight the senses. Jamey’s sophistication in menu development and recipe creation, will guarantee your special event to be as unique as you are!
